Thuba Nguyen

Thuba Nguyen is a senior employment specialist at the International Rescue Committee in San Diego, where she helps provide services to refugees. At the IRC, Thuba has implemented federal grant programs, provided employment assistance to newly arrived refugees, and managed IRC staff. Before becoming a senior employment specialist, Thuba served as a career development coordinator with the IRC.
At IR/PS, Thuba was co-president of Southeast Asia Link and operations director for Strategic Community Consulting. She graduated with a public policy career focus and a Southeast Asia regional specialization.
