Joining your local or regional IR/PS alumni chapter is a great way to stay in touch with friends and fellow classmates -- and a great way to meet new friends! The European alumni chapter was created in 2004 and continues to expand as our graduates move and travel around.
The Europe chapter is different from the other chapters in that it covers a whole region, not just a single city. Despite this vast geographical coverage, the Europe chapter gets together at least once a year. Past alumni reunions have been held in Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Stockholm, Athens, Lisbon, Kiev, London, Hamburg, Amsterdam, and more.
So whether you are only temporarily posted to a European city, or travel often to the region for business or leisure, make sure you get in touch with your fellow alumni. See if you can join an alumni reunion, grab a coffee with an ex-classmate, or just get some local advice for your move or trip!
