Career Advisors/Networking
For online access to a new IR/PS professional network, join the LinkedIn IR/PS Group. The IR/PS Group is an informal but significant way to share resources and advice and to connect with other IR/PS alumni and current students.
Alumni Mentor Program
This formalized program provides students with one-on-one mentoring, starting in the winter quarter, for an ongoing professional relationship. For more information, contact Nurit Mandel.
Alumni Career Talks
Throughout the school year, many alumni come back to campus to share their expertise with current students, and to reconnect with favorite staff and faculty. Consider a stopover in San Diego and a visit to IR/PS when planning your next trip. Contact Nurit Mandel.
Quarterly Connections
At the beginning of the winter and spring quarters current students look forward to interacting with 15-20 alumni with a variety of professional experiences at each Quarterly Connections event that includes topical panels and a networking dinner. Winter Connections typically is more East-Coast focused, while Spring Connections is more West-Coast focused.
