In today's competitive environment, civil society is under increasing pressure to maximize the use of limited resources. Organizations have to become more efficient, better organized, and more strategic in carrying out their missions.

Strategic Community Consulting (SCC) was founded in 1995 at the University of California, San Diego's School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS). Leveraging the specialized skills of IR/PS graduate students, SCC provides non-profit, non-governmental, and development organizations with quality, affordable, and individualized management solutions that enable organizations to better serve their target communities.
