General Information For 2-day open-enrollment programs. Information for other types of programs will be provided individually. Program Schedule Registration typically begins at 8am on the first day. The program begins at 8:30am on that same morning. The program will conclude with a small reception on the second day at approximately 5:30pm. Please arrive on time and plan to stay for the duration of the two-day program. Program Site The program will take place at the Eucalyptus Point at UCSD. You may find campus maps and driving directions at http://maps.ucsd.edu. We are located on the northwest side of the main campus. Airport & Transportation The San Diego International Airport (SAN) is the closest airport to La Jolla and the UCSD Campus. The airport is approximately 12 miles south of UCSD campus, a 20 minute trip by car. Taxis are readily available at the airport and the estimated cost to any of the recommended hotels is approximately $35-$40. Rental car options are also available at the airport. Please contact our office at least 1 week before the program start date to arrange for parking if you will have a car. Accommodations IR/PS Executive Education is please to offer you the following hotel option: Estancia Hotel The Estancia Hotel is the closest in proximity to the program location and just a short 10 minute walk to the campus. The Estancia is offering the Executive Education Program a special rate of $159+/night. Please mention UCSD when making your reservations to ensure you receive the special rate. Other area hotels: The Sea Lodge, The Hilton Torrey Pines, The Lodge at Torrey Pines, The Radisson La Jolla. You may refer to: http://www.sandiegohotels.com and enter the La Jolla area or contact us for other suggestions if necessary. Meals The IR/PS Executive Education Program will provide continental breakfast and lunch on both days. Dinner is included on the first day and a small reception will follow the program on the second day.
