Job Description: The School of International Relations and Pacific Studies is seeking to fill a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the field of economics, effective July 1, 2013.
IR/PS is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff and student body. The school has special interest in candidates whose research and teaching focus on East Asia, Southeast Asia, or Latin America. Preference will be given to applicants who have expertise in one or more of the following fields: international trade, international macroeconomics, international or corporate finance, development economics, or applied microeconomics with an international focus. Successful candidates will demonstrate the highest standards of professional research, teaching, service, and the ability to contribute to diversity, equity and inclusion in higher education.
