Join IR/PS Professor David G. Victor for a discussion of whether the world has made progress in stopping global warming. Then participate in the Climate Conversation to decide how the recent string of conferences are forcing governments to get a lot more serious about this looming problem.
Based on Professor Victor's recently released book Global Warming Gridlock, the program will conclude with a book signing, and the book will be available for purchase.
