In his New York Times blog "Dot Earth," Andrew C. Revkin referenced President Obama's trip to Copenhagen to champion Chicago as the host city for the 2016 Olympics and wondered whether Mr. Obama will return to Copenhagen in December for the global climate treaty talks. He asked a number of scholars who have been following the treaty process to contribute their predictions.
