U.S. Constitution influences other nations

This Saturday is the country's first-ever Constitution Day. The holiday was created by Congress last year to mark the date of the Constitution's signing in 1787. Two hundred eighteen years later, the nation's charter continues to guide us. But how influential has it been in countries writing their own constitutions? Joining us for a look at our guiding legal document is UCSD political scientist Matthew Shugart.
