South Korea is insisting it will go ahead with a military exercise on Yeongpyeong island. Yeonpyeong was shelled by North Korea last month, killing four people and causing a public outcry in the South. To discuss what's shaping up to be a hardline stand-off, we're joined by Stephan Haggard, director of the Korea Pacific programme at the University of California.
