This book, "Global Warming Gridlock," Cambridge University Press 2011, by a deeply knowledgeable expert on all aspects of climate change, is an indispensible roadmap for the global debate about how to move beyond the Kyoto Protocol's expiration in 2012. He shows how side agreements between individual countries and players are more realistic and should be encouraged.
