Marla Goodman, MPIA '13, Presents Paper at UN Event in India

Marla Goodman, second year student and Dean's Fellow at IR/PS, recently presented her research at the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity in Hyderabad, India in October 2012.
Her paper, “Bird Watch: The Politics of Wind Developers and Bird Conservationists," was awarded first place in the 2012 Citizen Science paper competition for research related to biological diversity. Her work will also appear in the Spring 2013 issue of Consilience: the Journal of Sustainable Development, a global journal for sustainable development produced by Columbia University.
