Saving Changes
After you have edited content on the site, follow these steps to finalize your changes.
Once you have completed this step, you will not be able to make any additional changes until Communications has looked at it.
1. Change the workflow drop-down menu to Proofread if the page is ready to go online.
Note: If you would like to save your changes but continue editing them later, set the workflow to Creator.
- Choose Creator if the page is not ready to go online and you have more edits to make first. This will save your page as a Draft.
- Choose Proofread if the page is ready to be published.
2. Click Save to commit your changes.
This procedure sends your changes to Communications to be processed and sent to the live website. You will not be able to edit your content again until Communications has looked at it. Please allow up to 48 hours for Communications to approve your changes.
Go to Editing Web Page Content.
